The consultation

The first consultation lasts one hour and 20 minutes. This initial consultation focuses primarily on your case history including your current symptoms and possible causes of your illness. There is also time to talk about any medical history you may have and to examine you. The examination and case history form the basis for a diagnosis. Dr Perrin has identified a number of signs which are present in almost all M.E. sufferers, so there is something concrete to look for.

Please bring a list of any medication and supplements you are taking. Some patients also bring a summary of their history. This can be helpful, particularly if you suffer from memory problems or brain fog.

In some cases there may be time for treatment, but many patients are so tired by the consultation that it is better to wait for the next session before commencing treatment.

Fees

Initial consultation £58 (£45 for children under 18).

Follow-up treatments are for 40 minutes and cost £36 (£29 for children)

The Perrin Technique is not a quick fix, and requires a long term commitment. Therefore if you wish you may pay in advance for a block booking. As an example four sessions would be priced at £134.

For those who are on a limited income it may be possible to negotiate a reduced fee.
